Maxim Karolik

Born 1893, Akerman, Russia. Opera singer who married Martha Catherne Codman (1858-1948) (member of a wealthy Boston family.) Gained fame as an art collectorr and donor. He collected antiques and art (later donated to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
