Curatorial RemarksThis piece was removed from the N. C. Wyeth studio in September 1995. In February 2008 it was examined by Andrew Wyeth, who attributed the work to N. C. Wyeth. Andrew felt that this was an example of Wyeth's very early work. A fold and marks along the top of the page suggest the sheet was torn from a sewn sketch book.
