Curatorial RemarksThis drawing was one of a group of drawings from the artist's studio that the Wyeth family consigned to Frank E. Fowler for sale in 1976. The Brandywine River Museum holds a lantern slide (NCWS.95.1825.426) made from the drawing and used in the transfer of the design from paper to panel (NCW 832).
