The Team is a view of a horse stall on Kuerner farm. The dramatic contrasts of light and dark in the enclosure are balanced by the airy view of Kuerner Hill at right. The hill became an iconic feature in many of Wyeth’s Kuerner works following the death of N. C. Wyeth in 1945.
