Curatorial RemarksThe Brandywine River Museum holds a lantern slide made from the drawing (NCWS.95.1825.245) which was used in the transfer from paper to canvas and perhaps later from drawing to panel. The drawing was found in the N. C. Wyeth studio adhered to a cardboard backing which had no marks on it.
