Curatorial RemarksThis is a quick sketch of the barn Wyeth built in late 1911 and early 1912. The building on the right housed the water pump. An x-radiograph of the canvas showed there was no image under the surface painting (Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation project, March 2004).
