Curatorial RemarksThis drawing was authenticated by Douglas Allen in September 2016. Mr. Allen dates the drawing to the late 1920s or early 1930s. While the drawing's exact use is unknown, it is typical of the type of quick sketch or caricature that Wyeth would do to entertain his children.
