Curatorial RemarksThe drawing is accompanied by a note from Andrew Wyeth stating, "This is an N. C. Wyeth drawing." The sitter has not been identified. It was formerly thought that the man might be Stimson Wyeth, but that possibility was discounted by Ann Wyeth McCoy and other family members.
