Curatorial RemarksIn November 1906, Wyeth wrote, "I finished a "bucking horse" picture for "Cream of Wheat" which came out far better than any western pictures of that sort I have done" (NCW to Henriette Zirngiebel Wyeth, "Another week gone!" and dated in another hand Nov. 16, 1906, Wyeth Family Archives).
