Curatorial RemarksAccording to a Scribner's inventory card (Brandywine River Museum, #28101), this drawing was done with pen and ink and was the property of Charles Scribner's Sons. A sum of $25 is marked on the card, however, it is not clear whether this is the price Scribner's paid Wyeth or the price Scribner's held the drawing for sale.
