Curatorial RemarksThis view of Wyeth's barn depicts the north (main) and east facades. The east facade shows the addition of an ell on the south side, making this a later view of the structure than NCW 1496 and NCW 859. (A chicken house, not shown, that extended the ell even farther was added in Oct. 1918). The north facade of the barn has not been altered since this picture was painted.
