Curatorial RemarksOnly one illustration was published in conjunction with this story--the illustrator's credit line reads "Illustration (Frontispiece) by N. C. Wyeth." Wyeth must have completed two drawings for the story, however, for the Scribner's inventory card (# 40117, Brandywine River Museum) indicates "2 dwgs". The second drawing has not been identified.
