Curatorial RemarksAlthough the Saturday Evening Post at this time did not reproduce illustrations in color, Wyeth found it more challenging and good training to paint in color rather than black and white. "Did you see my pictures in this weeks (sic) Post? They were done in full color too" (NCW to Henriette Zirngiebel Wyeth, "I missed my second letter..." and dated June 5, 1905 in another hand, Wyeth Family Archives).
