Curatorial RemarksAndrew Wyeth identified the location of this work in 1986 (Brandywine River Museum, catalogue raisonne files, Virginia A. Herrick to Sunne Savage, June 18, 19866). The yellow Zirngiebel house is visible in the background to the right of the barn and the tall pines that surrounded the house are silhouetted against the sky.
